How Not to Be One of Our Vendors (Part II)

1) Tell us our latest order shipped when it didn’t.

2) Send us a bill saying that we need to prepay for that order even though we have a credit account and don’t have any outstanding bills.

3) Say “Thanks for the f___ compassion!” and hang up the phone on one of our employees when she doesn’t offer immediate sympathy for the health condition of the company owner.
